The Manager is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the childcare center. They are responsible for the overall management and supervision of the childcare center, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and education for children.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Management and Leadership

Develop and implement streamlined administrative processes to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the childcare center.

Maintain accurate records, including enrollment, attendance, and financial documentation.

Manage scheduling, ensuring appropriate staffing levels at all times.

Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting.

Provide strong leadership to the childcare center staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Staff Management:

Effectively schedule and coordinate staff assignments, breaks, and professional development opportunities.

Conduct regular meetings to communicate organizational updates, policies, and procedures.

Facility Organization:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience in a childcare or early education setting.

Current certifications in CPR and First Aid.

Clean background check for child safety.

Lead Teacher
